Private Info and Security

  • Transactions: Credit Cards and other sensitive payment data is never collected or stored on this site. All transactions are processed via Paypal on their secure site. Paypal does not share credit card or payment account information with anyone.
  • Email & Shipping Addresses: We do not store email or shipping address, we will never sell or spam such address. We value your privacy!

Custom Orders

  • Up to two changes/alterations can be made per order. Any additional requests for changes/alterations will incur an additional fee, and charged via PayPal invoice.
    There are no refunds for custom orders once the final approval photos have been accepted and approved of by the buyer.

Payments Accepted

  • All Major Credit Cards via Paypal. *Paypal allows for guest checkout with no need to open a Paypal account.

Shipping Schedule

  • Orders placed by 2:00 PM PST Sunday will be shipped on that very next Monday.
    Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST Sunday will be shipped in one week, on the following Monday.
    **PRINTS: have an extra 1 to 2 day processing as they are considered custom orders, hence they are printed when ordered, they are not pre-printed.
  • For international orders, please be aware that once an order reaches customs, any delay in customs is beyond the control of Tiny & Tea.
  • Shipping  schedule excludes holidays and any vacation closures posted in my shop announcement. Our Post Office is closed on Saturdays.

Your Shipping Address

  • To comply with Paypal’s policies, we ship only to the address registered with Paypal. If needing shipment to another address, please add the new address to your Paypal account before purchase, then at time of purchase select the address to ship to. Order may be canceled and shipment may be delayed until address change is worked out.

Extra Shipping Services

  • Any order that is at or over $100.00 may be sent, at my discretion and expense, Signature Required (for USA), or Registered Mail* (for international), which means you will have to sign for the package. *Please note that Registered Mail for international takes on average an extra 7 to 10 days to deliver in addition to USPS’s stated time frames (not including any delays once the package reaches Customs which are beyond the control of Tiny & Tea). Please email with any questions or concerns you may have over this.
  • At this time we do not ship to Mexico, Italy, Russia, or South Korea because of import restrictions – some items that contain wood products cannot be sent to certain countries such as Australia and Germany – please research your country’s import regulations if you have any concerns over this. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Shipping Damage

  • Please notify us within 72 hours of delivery of any damage caused during transit.
  • Please be aware that a photo taken of the damage will be necessary and requested.
  • Please retain all packaging as this will be required for insurance purposes.


  • Item(s) must be returned, postmarked within 7 days from original delivery date.
  • Item(s) must be repacked with all of the original packaging.
  • Item(s) must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition as was sent to you.
  • Item(s) should be sent with tracking – if no tracking is purchased and return is lost or misdelivered, with no way to track it, we will be unable to issue a refund.
  • Package should be sent with insurance. If item is damaged on it’s return, and no insurance was purchased, we will be unable to offer a refund.
  • Original shipping and return shipping is non-refundable – Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
  • We do not provide exchanges.

Custom Order Cancellations

  • Custom orders for miniatures, room boxes, or facades are non-refundable once the final approval photos have been accepted and approved of by the buyer.
  • Prints: each print is a custom order. If an order is canceled after it is already printed, we cannot resell already made prints: we cannot know if someone, someday, will order the exact same print(s) in the exact same size, hence the cancelled/returned print(s) have taken costly paper and ink on something that is now no longer sellable. If you wish to cancel your order after it has already been printed, or return it after it has been shipped/delivered, you will receive a refund for the item price minus a 10% recovery fee – the recovery fee is to cover the loss in ink and paper because of the print(s) that can no longer be sold.
